Frequently asked questions

Shipping & Delivery

Anything order-related can always be found on your account. If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number. This DPD tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email. It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you've received the email.


If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox. If that’s not the case give us a call so our customer service agent can take it from there.

In case your order has been delivered to the wrong address you can locate it via the track & trace link in the DPD shipping confirmation email.  

If the order hasn’t been delivered yet, you can contact your DPD carrier to see if they can help you change the delivery address.


If the parcel was declined at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. 

  • DPD UK 24h Delivery - Warehouse processing time 1 - 2days.

*Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. (Delivery days Monday to Saturday)

All our parcels are dispatched via DPD 24h tracked delivery service. 

We draw your attention to the need, when receiving your package to check its general condition. You will be responsible for the package and its contents once it has been delivered to you. In case of a problem (opened package, empty package, damaged contents), you must refuse the package and contact our Customer Service to report the problem and the reason for the refusal. 

All orders placed on Casual Society website are shipped from a fulfillment center based in United Kingdom, Midlands.

Orders placed on the Casualsociety.co.uk can be delivered to a valid address in the United Kingdom only. We regret that we are unable to delivery to address in the British Islands (Jersey, Guernesey, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Gibraltar).

Sorry an item's missing; please double check it's on your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about it going out of stock or your order could be arriving in more than one parcel. If none of these apply and your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact Us section within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will sort it for you.

Our delivery options are:

  • Standard DPD next day delivery is free on all orders, no minimum!
  • Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days (including processing time) from Monday to Friday.
